Provar in association with the SA deciduous Fruit Industry, initiated a new programme aiming towards the empowerment of producers by generating accurate evaluation information on which to base their cultivar selection. This new programme was recently launched at the Klipboschlaagte evaluation orchard near Ashton, Western Cape, South Africa.
